Getting Started
Getting started with Emdeon is easy. For the majority of our customers it is as simple as completing our Business Associates Agreement, which can be requested through an Emdeon representative.Payer and Submitter customers who develop and maintain Claim and Real Time transaction formats begin the implementation process by completing the Implementation Survey posted at the HIPAA Resource Center. Our Implementation Specialists will contact you regarding format decisions, testing queues, and provide guidance with technical issues or questions you may have.
For submitters, if your vendor software generates your electronic claim file, testing with Emdeon will not be required.
